Delivery conditions
Transport is secured by courier service and mail. Transport costs by order provides customer.
Returning
We guarantee , that we provide in our virtual shop the same conditions by returning, which are valid in any comon stone-shop and which are agreeable with valid the Commercial Code,let us say the Civil Code.
We provide 24 months guarantee from product delivery on products ordered and bought at www.zerodc.cz.
Claims can be lodged by letter, through e-mail or personally.
Seller account for all inherent defects, which has the sold product by customer´s takeover and which will occur during the warranty period.
Duration of warranty period on all assortment bought through www.zerodc.cz is established on 24 months from the day of customer´s takover.
By lodging a claim must the customer document, that the goods under complaint originate from the seller. For this purpose the customer will document the goods under compalint by script of cash voucher (invoice, eventually contract of purchase).
Seller is not account for such defects caused by rough handling,violently handling, unauthorized manipulation or unauthorized attendance on the part of buyer.
The warranty also not refer to defects caused by conditions of use, which are not current by given type of product and defects caused by action of elements.
If the goods are delivered by transporter with damaged packing and the buyer has suspect by takeover, that the goods has defects, the buyer will make outright with the transporter written record about the claim of goods.
In applying the claim of defect goods is the seller obliged to check up, if the defect is removeable.If the defect is not removeable the seller can change the good, give the discount or give back the full purchase price respectively according to agreement of both sides.
If the defect is removeable the seller grinds on in the following way:
He will remove the defect on his costs. He will remove the defect without unreasonable delay and with ordinery care, but at latest in 4 weeks from takeover the legitimate complaint. If the good was not yet used, the buyer can according to his deliberation this good change. In the case, that the defect is only on the part of the good, the buyer can only change the defected part, not the whole good.
The seller will change the defect thing, give the discount or will give back the purchase price, if on the repaired thing will be the defect again (means second time) or because of more defects the thing is not useable.
After the lapse of 24 months warranty period wear off the responsibilty of seller for defects of goods, which were not alleged by customer in this period by the seller. In the case of made guarantee repair is the warranty period protracted for the time, that was the good repaired and the customer could not use duly the thing.

General conditions
General conditions for purchase by e-shop www.zerodc.cz are in accordance with § 273 of Commercial Code Nr. 513/1991digest, as amended by the subsequent regulations, component of purchase contract concluded according to customer´s order between company Zero DC s.r.o., Teplická 245, Jílové, Martiněves, zipcode 407 01 represented by Dagmar Nešněrová as a supplier and customer, where the subject is delivery of goods according to choice at www.zerodc.cz.
Proprietary right for the goods comes to customer on the date of payment the purchase price. The date of payment is day of assigning the price on our bank account corresponding with purchase price inclusive of VAT. The date of completion the taxable payment is the day of good´s handover to the trasporter.
The delivery date is according to good´s pattern and ordered volume from 3 days to 8 weeks from sending the order.
Form of delivery will be determined by supplier with regard to ordered volume and good´s pattern.
In accordance with code Nr. 367/2000 you have as a customer privilege to back out of contract in 14 days from good´s takeover. This privileg has only respect to non business subjects. If you decide to back out of contract in this time limit, we ask you to keep undermentioned conditions:
Please, contact us (in writing), that you appeal to back out of contract. Write your order number, variable symbol, the date of purchase.
If you already got and tookover the goods, please, send it back on our address, shown in the column contact and under following conditions:it must not be used, it must be undamaged, it must be complete (including equipment, bond caution,instruction ect.) with voucher original of purchase.
Goods send by registered post and assured, because we not account for it´s possible loss on the way to us (by registered post does not mean cash on delivery). If you will fulfil above-mentioned conditions, we will send you back money for the goods to your bank account at latest in 14 weekdays after material receipt of goods. If the goods will not be complete or if you will brake in any way above-mentioned conditions the date is advanced till date of receipt of full-value goods.
In the case of braking any above-mentioned conditions, we won´t accept the back out of contract and the goods will be send back on the customer´s costs.
